Ignore the belcher review. He used jablite for insulation which is a contributing factor of ridge cement failure. But she wouldn’t know her very trustworthy husband bodged the job would she?
Just continuing to try and commit further fraud.

Our roof around a skylight had a leak that needed fixing. Brian used silicone around the inside of the bottom area of the frame of the window that the water was coming through to try and fix it. Only a few weeks later, the leak continued to get worse so he suggested installation of a vent to counter 'condensation', which is what he believed to the root cause, this was utter nonsense really.
The silicone he used peeled off after a few months and leak got worse.
New roofers came and found the cause of the problem within minutes.
It's obvious Brian couldn't be bothered and did a bodge job.
Avoid this guy and go with another company. Poor attitude and unprofessional.

Tracy Belcher your husband supplied the materials for the hips and ridges, As for tiling the roof your husband did that, which it is why the roof is deemed unsafe. Using jablight instead of celotex is not only illegal but extremely dangerous it let’s heat out instead of keeping it in . Let’s leave this to the professionals to investigate and decide

Brian did not use the right mix to lay roof tiles and ridges. The roof has now been deemed unsafe. Brian has refused to rectify or return my payment that was paid in cash. Reported to trading standards and taking to court
