Clarity did a great job replacing the fascia’s, soffits and gutters on our house. They arrived when they said they would, the fitters were extremely professional and polite. Above all they even let me change the soffits that were going to be fitted before starting the job. That really stood out to me as I don’t think may companies would let you do that.

Additionally, they cleaned up any mess at the end of every day. At the end of the job I noticed one of the fitters checking over everything to make sure everything was correct and clean. His attention to detail and the pride he took in his work stood my mind at rest throughout the fitting process.

Overall, I was very impressed and would thoroughly recommend Clarity. I had a pleasant experience from sales right through to fitting with good communication throughout.

Great work on new fascia/soffit for an old house. Professional service and first-class finish.

Employed to replace my sofits, facias and gutters. Workmen broke two of my outside lights which were not refunded or any apology offered. My lawn was used as a workbench! Within one week of the work being completed a leak from a gutter joint developed.Repair by the company caused another leak! This happened in October 2019.Despite numerous phone calls and an email i have had no response from Clarity. I have now found damage to my roof tiles caused by the work Clarity had undertaken. The guarantee isn't worth the paper it is written on. Since then i have employed a competent roofer who has repaired all the damage, so not only was i charged an exorbitant price for the substandard workmanship but had to pay an extra £200 to repair the damage to my roof! Would never recommend this company.
