Joe's team did an excellent job cementing and capping a leaking chimney pot and capping a cracked pot. They also did some preventative roof maintenance work for us. They were very polite, professional and hard working. They also cleaned up all mess before leaving. I would be happy to recommend this company to anyone.

Joe responded quickly to our emergency leak call. The leak was fixed promptly and his team came out again to carry out further less urgent repairs. Kirk was extremely polite, professional and kept everything tidy. We have been very pleased with JMI’s service. Would recommend.

Wow, what can i say, responsive! Wasn't expecting to get this fixed anytime soon. These guys had it sorted in days of asking and 20mins of work! Good value and stuck to the estimate. Reseated the lead side panel on the Dormer and secured on. Fixed the flashing and got it all looking good as new. Professional attitude, responsive and a great price. Very pleased with the service and would recommend.

Great! Joe and his team are amazing. He came over had a look at a terrible flat roof and suggested a new 3 layer felt system and also made corrections to an anointing pitched roof. Kirk is an excellent roofer on the team and works hard and explains what he will do before he starts and when he’s finished. Prices are also on point. Not much to say except if you need roofing go to JMI.
