Soffit boards missing, Ridge tiles left loose. Tiles over tiles. Rotten valley

Amazing company - had my roof, soffits, facias & cladding done when i moved into my new property. The workmen were very polite & well mannered. Fast & very tidy.

I called Rydale to repair a small hole in the roof earlier in the year, I spoke to a really helpful member of staff on the telephone and they were out to us within 24 hours, they did a great job and the work space was left spotless when they left site.

Terrible work on my pitched roof Glass and screws left on the floor outside, men did not tidy up after there work, pouting of brickwork a disgrace. Inside light socket broken over a week to put light up and working. Now another company having to put roof right.

I have photos if Rydale want to look. I would never have them back to my property.

A good job, and the site was left nice and tidy.

The lads were excellent workers didn't stop and worked very hard and fast the job was excellent and cleaned up every night before they left they were here at 8 am every morning on the dot the lads were very polite and if asked who did my roof gutter and soffets i would hasteley recommend rydale roofing thankyou for a great job and way way cheaper than low cost roofing and i mean ££££££

This company are quite simply the best roofing company you could hire. They sent 4 operatives round to remove a chimney which was leaking and causing damp / mould. They did a brilliant job, were courteous, clean, tidy and couldnt do any more for you. If you have issues with your roof, this is the company I would recommend you engage.

We were getting birds in the loft so we called Rydale and they took on the job quoting £2k to sort the eaves and fit eaves tray which included tidying up any mess left over (which didn't happen).

The guys came out and stood shouting and having a laugh for an hour before starting the work. After they had finished the work, we noticed a few tiles at the top of the house still had gaps under them that hadn't been filled.

We rang Rydale and someone came out to have another look and said because it was a 3 storey house (they knew this before taking the job) so it would need scaffolding.

They sent (what I thought was a revised) estimate of £3k which included the scaffolding.

This £3k was in addition to the original £2k for the work (which there were still gaps for) and included taking the mortar out from the side of the tiles (which we were invoiced £2k for) to fit dry verges.

There is still a gap in our tiles and so we may have paid £2k to fix a bird problem which hasn't been fixed.

Would not recommend!!
