Read the Trustpilot reviews, a lot of negatives. I should have taken notice of them, but I thought I'd give this company the benefit of doubt. What a mistake to make. Place the order online,takes your money and that is it. No email confirming order, nothing sent out, no way of contacting them. The Sales staff must be run off their feet, give them a call it always goes to answer phone and leave a message. What a surprise, no one phones back. Come on, prove me wrong and send the parts that I ordered.....I won't hold my breath.

My order turned up today after I'd given up all hope of ever seeing it. I'm afraid this firm don't win any prizes for communication or customer service

I too have fallen foul of this scam or shell of a company. Ordered roofing supplies that never arrived (now 3 months). Phone calls and emails never answered. Not able to cancel order. Luckily my credit card company refunded me for the purchase after I lodged a complaint. Beware of these clowns.

Appalling lack of communication. I presume the company is a shell or a scam as I have ordered and paid for items which have not been delivered and no amount of phone calls or emails have drawn any response. I wish I had checked other reviews before ordering.

However, almost 3 weeks after placing my order and following two unanswered emails and countless unanswered calls, my order arrived today.

Great company, great building and very polite and helpful staff would defiantly recommend
