Used RK for a recent roof repair. Superb job done by Alex and his partner. Very Professional work undertaken. This is the third time I have used Richard's company and each time have been very impressed with standard of workmanship.

Absolutely brilliant service. They replaced old flat roofs over some outbuildings. They've done a fantastic job - it looks great. Nice friendly workers, on time every day, did what they said they would and spot on job with clearing the site afterwards. Will definitely come back next time we need roofing.

RK ROOFCARE recently carried out repairs to my roof apex which had been badly damaged in this winter's storms. The work involved removing all damaged pointing material, fixing timber lengths to the full apex roofline and then re-fixing all the damaged/loose plastic cowls securely. They completed the whole job in a day with minimal mess and fuss. They were hard working, polite and knowledgeable. True professionals who I would not hesitate to highly recommend to others. My dealings on the phone with this company were also exemplary; they have a genuine customer focused approach meaning that my whole experience was a positive one. Would be more than happy to use them again and will certainly be advising others likewise.

All the correspondence was made via email or text. Very thorough, descriptive and efficient. The repair work was done to fix a leaky roof which was flooding the conservatory due to utterly shoddy work previously carried out. Today we woke up to heavy rain outside and a completely dry conservatory inside. Excellent workmanship and very tidy. I don't know enough about roofing prices so I can't comment on whether it was reasonable or expensive. Bottom line is they did a great job

Excellent - Recent bad weather in August highlighted leaks in the roof which required repair and also we needed a chimney taking down. We called 3 different roof service companies, all but RK Roofcare weren’t interested due to a glass conservatory roof, which made the work risky. RK came out to survey and at the same time did a temporary repair to prevent further damage. The quote was presented professionally , detailing all materials & services
( also arranging scaffolding so that the repair could be successfully/ safely completed due to the glass roof ) and within our budget.
We had to wait a short while due to them being busy but a date was arranged and communication during this time was excellent, keeping us updated with days/ times for scaffolders etc.
The work was completed by 2 really pleasant and helpful members of their team. They were a credit to the company. We we updated as the work went along, what they were doing, why and any obstacles they came across etc. The work was completed to a very high standard, replacement roof tiles a perfect match, all the debris removed and all in the time scale promised. Once the work was resented completed they arranged prompt removal of the scaffolding to complete the job.
Excellent, professional service, we would highly recommended this company if you need any work completing. Very satisfied customers.

After 35 years I knew our home needed some attention to the roof. Many of the ridge tiles had lost mortar between and from underneath them. I asked several companies to quote and only Richard from RK Roofcare took the time a proper inspection to identify the full scale of work needed. He found number of significant problems, one of which I suspected, and, the cause wasn't picked up by any of the others. The fix was far more significant than first thought - not just a broken tile. The work was scheduled at short notice and needed some further rearrangements due changing circumstances and Karen worked hard to accommodate changes on both sides within the short timescales. The guys doing the work were friendly and courteous and identified and rectified further issues as they uncovered them. Now, I won't pretend that the work was cheap compared to estimates from others, but, the quality that RK Roofcare's work will far outlast the cheaper and options. Indeed, the final bill was a little less than the estimate. In essence, you get what you pay for. I expect that we are unlikely to have any further problems for many years to some. Excellent in every respect and despite the cost, excellent value for money for a quality job.

We were recommended RK roofcare by a friend of mine. They were punctual and responsive. The quotes were reasonable. They were great at communication as the weather had meant they were not able to start at the time agreed. The lads were incredible- they worked through the rain to ensure that the work was completed and my neighbour mentioned how polite they were. The roof looks incredible they really have improved the poor workmanship we had inherited when we got the house a year ago. We are going to use them again for another section of roof that needs repairing once we can afford it. Top job!

RK Roofcare replaced our leaking garage roof, and did an amazing job. They got the work completed in just one day, and to a brilliant standard. The workmen were polite, professional, punctual and they followed Covid distancing guidelines throughout their time on our property. We would highly recommend them to anyone.
