Brendan and his team replaced our roof in an emergency, having to have this work done was obviously a stressful situation, but from the first contact we had with him Brendan made it much more bearable. He did everything from the first visit to the quote and the work in quick timescales, fitting us in given the urgency. He and his team were very friendly and respectful and were not at all intrusive, very impressive given the nature of the work they were doing.The work the team did for us looks absolutely first class and they were really helpful in explaining about what they were doing and the materials used etc which we found reassuring given the importance of a good roof to our home and the fact that replacing the roof is a large spend. That said, Brendan's price was very competitive and seems to be excellent value given the work done. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Abbott roofing for any project, in fact I already have!

Brendan came quickly and repaired the roof in an emergency quickly and efficiently. He and his colleague were pleasant and easy to deal with throughout the process and I was very happy with the result. My criticism is that a couple of months on he has still not sent the paperwork for the job despite several reminders, so I have no invoice or record of the work carried out. I suggest that future customers withhold payment until the paperwork is produced.

Brendan failed to show up for two appointments to provide a quote for replacing a roof window. The first time he had recorded the time incorrectly and the second time I didn’t hear from him at all. If someone can’t be bothered to show up to give me a quote then there’s no way I’ll be letting them near my roof! Very unreliable and discourteous.

Something else I’ve noticed is that one of the five star reviews for this company is from Brendan himself, so treat the reviews with suspicion.

Initially seemed very helpful, but unfortunately, he is not reliable. Brendan came and tried to fix our roof, but after he had left, the leak started as soon as the rain began again; Brendan has not returned to fix the problem, despite having promised to do so. He also promised to provide a guarantee for the work, but, several weeks later, he has not yet kept his word.

Came out late Sunday evening in the storm, we had water leaking into the bedroom which was fixed immediately. Really helpful and would highly recommend.

Brendon from Abbott Roofing Maintenance responded fast. He explained well and has good knowledge. He comes out also on emergency calls and is punctual. No job is to small for him. Brendon makes a fair price. He works hard and well, and leaves everything in clean condition. He has a very pleasant Personality.
