Rang and explained that I had water pouring through my daughters bedroom ceiling. Took time off work and waited for several hours. He didn't turn up, and has not returned messages. I understand that there are more profitable jobs out there, but he promised he would turn up, and he could at least ring me and let me know he was not coming, instead of wasting my time. You are putting the safety of my children at risk, and you should be ashamed of yourself.

Would highly recommend P & R Roofing, they did a complete re-bed and pointing of all ridge tiles after we had storm damage bringing 8 ridge tiles off and 4 other tiles broken, Paul did his best to find matching tiles of our now obsolete roof tiles making sure the front of the bungalow all matched up perfect and any that couldn't were swapped and hidden behind the conservatory roof out of sight. They were quick to respond, were very tidy workers and did a quality job, very polite and courteous. All in a very good job done and at a very reasonable price which I was very happy with.

We had our roof taken off our house which was built in 1853. All the laths replaced and a breathable felt put on. The original tiles were put back on paul sourced any replacement tiles needed.All the lead replaced and pointing carried out. To I must say a very high standard. We are more than happy with finnished result. And are happy to recommend Paul's company to any one.

Due to my age, ill health and recent operation we contacted Paul, Rob and AJ to do several jobs for us they agreed saying nothing was too small and not a problem to them. They carried out all the work to an extremely HIGH STANDARD. We had no cleaning up afterwards as they left the site spotless. Nothing was too much trouble. My wife and I have already recommended them to other people without any hesitation and will continue to do so. We will definitely ask them back in a heartbeat.

Came on time and worked in between the showers. Always kept me informed with the situation. Very happy with the price. Overall a job well done and have now booked him for another job. Thank you Paul

Arranged a date and time for a quote . Waited in all day they never arrived and never bothered contacting to let us know they were not coming, very poor customer service.

I cannot praise them highly enough.All three men worked their socks off through all weather.
They went over and above what was required.The finished job is just what I wanted.It looks superb.
Not forgetting the Lady on the phone she was very courteous and punctual.
Just one thing I would say get plenty of bacon in.

Had a full roof done and I can put my hands up and say the lads were outstanding!
Always willing to go the extra mile and even put my loft insulation in and layer it down for me as my loft hatch was too small to get it in.
