John and his assistant did an excellent job replacing our guttering and also coming back to sort an issue caused by a neighbour’s blocked guttering. They were punctual, polite and efficient throughout, and we’ll certainly be using them again for other building work on our property. Excellent in all respects. Great communication, clearly know what they are doing, and the roof repair looks very good to me. Kept me informed at all stages about when they'd be doing the work (which is complicated given the effect of the weather). Will most certainly go back to them if I need other roofing work done.

I highly recommend this company. Work completed is done with high standards and in a timely fashion. John is very helpful and honest and has offered advice for some smaller issues we could rectify ourselves. He is always polite and communicates well.

I reported a problem with my roof leaking leading to a wet wall. They came out within 24 hours to have a look at it which was very good, and came when they say they would. Spent some time discussing the issue and diagnosing, which was slightly complicated by earlier attempted amateur repairs! They were able to see by lifting a couple of tiles an old birds nest which wasn't visible which wasn't helping and had contributed to a compacted blockage in the downpipe. I hadn't thought it was that, as the gutters had been cleaned out recently. They were able to resolve the problem then and there, although I was advised to keep an eye on it for a bit just in case there was more to it. Friendly and professional. Very happy with the service.
