Marlite roofing

Marlite roofing and brickwork replaced the flat roof and wow, Mark and his team were both professional and conscientious. The attention to detail is exemplary. Although they came across a few problems they fixed them and now I have a fab looking roof and no mess. I highly recommend Mark and his team to anyone and everyone.

I was very impressed with the attitude of Mark. He was efficient and professional. He kept me informed of the work and progress he was making by photo's. He was able to advise me about the roofs overall condition. His work was excellent and I would willingly recommend him to others.

Mark and his team repaired our Victorian bay window roof with a 10 year guaranteed rubber material. He also repaired and sealed brickwork. He was very conscious, knowledgeable and professional. Work was to a high standard and area was left very tidy and he and his colleague were very pleasant and caring people.

I called the Mansfield number for Marlite roofing to request a quotation for some roof and chimney repair work. I was asked if he could call me back as he was driving. He assured me that he would call me back by 4:30PM the same day. Two days later I sent an email stating that nobody had called me back and providing the basic information and contact details again. This was a week ago and still no call or email reply. I am very disappointed as the reviews of this company are quite good. Perhaps smaller repair jobs are not worth their time?

Came out at short notice to a leaking conservatory. Turned up when he said he would and was very professional. Easy to communicate with.

Completed the job quickly and efficiently and provided advice and photos of further work that I need doing.

Tidied up after themselves. No mess left at all.

Would recommend Mark without hesitation.

Only a small repair job but Mark was professional and knowledgeable and we are very happy with the work. He also took a video to show how the chimney stack needed attention and kindly took time to do a very necessary repair which will prevent further problems.

Can't recommend Mark enough. We have just moved in to a new house and 4 days in, heavy rain and one of the chimney stacks is wet through all the way through the house, clearly leaking from the top. Mark came out within a day, identified the problem and how bad it was, took videos to show me exactly what was going on and then gave me a very reasonable quote, sorting the work the same day and taking yet another video to show how it was all now water tight. Not only that, but he identified another few issues whilst he was up on the roof that he fixed without adding any money to what was quoted. Turned up when he said, friendly, reliable, everything you want from a tradesman! Would definitely use again.
