Lee came to repair our roof in Sept 17. He claims on his invoice to guarantee his work for 15 years.!! There was some issues with getting it re-fixed but now all fixed. Would reccomend his services.

Lee was quick to come and look at our roof at a previous address which was in port condition and was causing water ingress on an upstairs bedroom. Gave us a fair quote and a date to start the works. Scaffold was erected 2 weeks prior to the job and then no sign of the workers on the arranged date to start the roof.
A couple of newly promised start dates came and went until i asked to cancel the works. After a sob story I agreed to continue the works.
Works finally started and took around 2 weeks with them putting in a few hours here and there when they felt like turning up. The job finally got finished when I informed Lee I wouldn’t pay until the job was done. No paperwork of any sort was completed either and no comms back from the company when I asked after installation. Something we later had to get signed off by the council so we could sell the property.
4 years later and I’ve just heard that my old neighbour has water leaking in to their property as a result of the work that was done, where some incorrectly sized ridge tiles were installed on the neighbours side at the time (unbeknownst to us) leaving a 150mm gap on one side open to the elements.

We had Lee and his team out to re roof our 3 bed semi and extension along with fascia, soffit and guttering. Initial impression was great hence why we chose Lee from 4 other companies. Price was reasonable yet not the cheapest, but very competitive.
Work started on the date described and the team cracked on swiftly replacing the main roof and informed us that they would be back to finish the extension a few weeks later. No problem we said. A few weeks turned into over two months being promised several times they would be here next week but unfortunately never shown. As the extension roof was ok we weren't too fussed and said no problem as we understand that he is a busy man. We all are. So we sat tight and waited.
Eventually they turned back up and cracked on with the extension. Due to covid there was a few setbacks with materials but we had a few issues with workmanship and are still having problems now. The main house guttering is leaking in several places from the joins (had 3 visits so far to repair), 1 inch gap between dry ridge and wall. Gaps in flashing letting birds in around the chimney breast and the pointing we asked for around the chimney is leaking water into the fireplace.
Fascia and soffit not fitted the best with gaps showing, uneven end caps and just generally looks untidy (we have also had this replaced 3 times now) .
After the work was completed the gardens front and rear were left untidy with alot of debris and nails/screws littered everywhere. Two ended up in my rear tyres and left me with flats (on seperate occasions) before work. Especially not good as we have two small dogs. Lee did some work with the price after I explained about the tyres which sorted that issue but the rest still remain and unfortunately has got to the point where if you want a job doing right, do it yourself.
Some points good, some points bad. Unfortunately wouldn't use again. Sorry.
