I am in need of a new roof! I contacted this company a while back after they had been recommended by someone I know. I spoke to a lady who said she would get the guy to phone me back the next day about a quote. He never did, I phoned 2 weeks later and spoke to the same lady she told me that she had gone off sick and forgot to pass the message on and was very sorry. She said she would get him to phone me the next day (again) as he is busy. That was 6 days ago and I'm still waiting. They are either very forgetful or they have too much money and don't want my business. Very poor customer service. I will be going elsewhere and will not be recomending them to anyone.

I had several roofing and guttering repairs to be done and asked for quotations from 3 local businesses. Academe Roofing were by far the most professional right from the initial contact and survey to completion of the work. Everyone was polite and punctual and keen to provide a good service. The people actually doing the work were hard-working and very pleasant to deal with. I'm really pleased with the standard of the work and the cost was very reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

During recent years Academe roofing have renewed a flat roof covering at my home, repaired my neighbour's flat roof covering, installed pitched roof coverings to two houses I built in Plumtree, Nottingham and are in the process of installing pitched and flat roof coverings to a further two houses I am building in Shelford, Nottingham.
Academe have proven to be extremely reliable in doing what they say they will do when they arrange to do it, efficient in all aspect of the installation and excellent value for money.
I have no hesitation in recommending this company for all roofing needs.
