First 4 Fascias

Just had my Soffits and Fascia guttering and drain pipes replaced by First for Fascia. I found the firm very competitive priced and Darren and Justin were the model professionals with the fitting. The first two companies quoted but neither turned up as arranged. Mark attended, quoted a competitive price and turned up exactly as arranged.

They cracked on with the job, I left them to it and they called me when the job was completed. They cleared up after themselves and left the property clean and tidy.

Update: July 2021. These guys really are the A Team. The house is a 300 year old cottage without a straight wall which caused the new guttering joints to leak and some of the roof tiles threw rain water over the guttering because of the irregular walls..

One call to Justin who promised to call at the property on the Saturday morning. He & Jez turned up as promised, I expected them to survey the problem and quote an additional price to resolve the problem. Instead, they arrived with all new brackets, proceeded to take down all the guttering, removed a row of tiles, took down all the existing cast iron brackets and did a complete reinstall. Six hours work, no complaints and no mention of additional costs.

I offered to contribute to their costs, but Justin refused to accept anything.

A company can be judged on how they handle complaints, usually excuses and attempts to charge more. These guys handled our problem properly & professionally and they set an example other trades should follow.
