EP Mills were amazing. They were responsive (some companies I sort quotes from didn't even reply), always on time, good communications throughout what was a difficult job. I was so impressed and would highly recommend.

I was recommended to use EP Mills to improve all aspects of the roof area of my bungalow.

After an initial inspection by Eddie it was suggested that many aspects of the roof were definitely in need of improvement, due to poor workmanship in the past.

I had new soffits , fascias and gutters fitted . The lead flashing was replaced. The ridge tiles were removed , cleaned and replaced using a dry fix method and finally all the verges were replaced.

The men worked very hard and achieved an excellent result. Each night the area was left in a clean, tidy and safe state. They also arrived punctually each morning.

I am very pleased with the smart appearance of the bungalow and look forward to many trouble free years in relation to the roof.

Eddie from EP Mills came to quote within a day or two of my enquiry, the price was good so we booked in and the job was done well and on time. Very pleased with their work. Would recommend.

(Update 24/05/2022 - We decided to have a new roof installed by Eddie and his team and we were very pleased with his service and the results. No hidden costs or other surprises and great communications throughout!)

We lost a roof tile during the recent storms and it was hanging over the edge making the front of our house potentially dangerous. We phoned EP Mills not expecting any sort of immediate response but they turned up within 30 mins and made the roof safe. They came back early the following week and carried out the repair.

Very pleased! We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Eddie was very good to deal with. He organised the scaffolding needed. The company he used as excellent. We felt very confident from the start as we could discuss various issues we needed sorting with the guttering. The result was we got what we wanted. Every where was tidied up when they left. They are a thoroughly professional company.

Eddie was efficient and reasonably priced, he managed to fit us in where a cancellation was made and i am so happy with the works carried out, even a neighbor commented on the good work. We had a slight leak believed to be due to the flashing damaged around the chimney and below is the repair result.

Now to weather test it :)

Excellent and timely service from Eddie and his team. Eddie was able to very quickly come and provide a very reasonable quote. The work was carried out to a high standard and with plenty of communication between Eddie and myself. I would recommend him to anyone.
