Having just had the work completed, I can highly recommend the Norfolk Roofer. I was given a competitive quotation in writing before work started outlining in detail exactly what the job entailed. I was kept informed of time scales (very quick), the whole experience was excellent - a very professional job from start to finish. The best thing from my point of view was that Stuart delivered exactly what he promised. The work was started and completed on time keeping me informed at all times. The end result is excellent and he made sure everything was cleaned up (including the gutters) and left tidy at the end. I received a full guarantee in writing on the day the job was finished. Standard of work is excellent and has attracted very positive comments from neighbours and passers by. Stuart also installed a swift box for us and carried out some small repairs whilst the scaffolding was in place. Highly recommended.

Incredible service from Stuart! He was so responsive in our communication and came promptly to do a very thorough inspection of our roof. His expertise and knowledge were evident throughout and he has provided us with really clear and balanced information on the state of it, the issues he found, cost estimates for each part and possible solutions too. All of this in a completely no pressure and friendly, informative manner.
