Alpha Roofing have recently completed my second roof extension. This was a particularly complicated job and I received two other quotes at a very high price. However Alpha Roofing, as always, were there to advise me and gave me a very competitive quote. They also managed to complete the job 2 weeks earlier than anticipated through their hard work. The roofing work is now complete and I am so pleased with the results. Once again I can only thank Jon and his team for doing a great job.

Alpha Roofing seemed like a reputable company and I was not disappointed. John used photographs of my roof to explain clearly why I was having problems, and why some parts of the roof could be repaired while other parts needed to be replaced. The workmen were pleasant, polite and obviously very competent and I am very happy with the finished job. The guarantee gives peace of mind, and I was happy with the price. We recently required some roof repair work at our business in St Ives Cambridgeshire. There was a small leak in the roof and Jon came out straight away. We were expecting the worst but actually the job was fairly minor. Tradesmen you can trust to give you the right advice and guidance are wroth their weight in gold. Everything about our experience with Alpha Roofing was 10/10... HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

We just bought a house with a hole in the roof, the company get it repaired in no time, a lot earlier that I would think it would be possible! They were amazing and helpful and I am over the moon with their service.

To begin, a year ago, we had a very good experience with Alpha for a new roof installation, following a leak in our roof. From quoting to the end of the works, and everything in between we needed to ask, the company was very professional, consistent and responsive. The work was completed by friendly installers.
A year on, we spoke with a builder to insulate the roof: he said he identified a leak in the one year-old roof. We called Alpha and in two days we saw the "boss":) who came to inspect: we were reassured it was not a leak luckily and that the builder had confused historic wood markings for evidence of a leak. Of course he did not seem very pleased with the visit although I am sure he and we were equally relieved. He then took off. But two mns later he came back to our house and said that he was worried about what our builder might do to his roof, by insulating without knowing the particulars, guidance and regulations, using the wrong material and without "cross-venting". He proceeded to give us a detail with explanations, basically a short, packed tutorial. The company does not undertake this work yet we were given good useful guidance. He joked that giving the tutorial would potentially save him another trip back after we might proceed with wrong insulation and end up with roof condensation!

This is a wonderful experience in the world of construction, the friendliness, the knowledge, the communication. :)

During heavy rain we noticed water gushing over the side of the gutter. On our own inspection we could see grass growing out of the gutter. We didn't feel safe clearing the gutter ourselves due to the height of our Victorian House so we asked Alpha Roofing to take a look after checking out other local companies.

Alpha were easy to deal with and courteous and didn't mind coming out for even a minor job such as this.

The guys arrived, scurried up a a ladder whilst one safely held the bottom, cleared the gutter, inspected it for damage or whatever, checked the area of the roof near the blockage and came down again.

Fast, efficient, and professional.
