Excellent communication before and during the job on repairing/replacing my old fibreglass flat roof. Clean neat and tidy work and kept the job site contained and clean. Now I have a nice well put down flat fibreglass roof with new bearers. Very happy with the work and it worked well in the recent rains. Feel happy for the future.

Quite simply shocking. Under-quoted massively then tried to con more money out of us. Vandalised our house to try and make extra work. Absolutely zero customer service skills. Not quite sure how they have all these 5 star reviews, clearly better at small jobs and not able to deal with much more than a garage roof. Whole job took 8 months and then was "finished" to a sub-par standard. Adam's "management" skills are non-existent. DO NOT USE POINT ROOFING.

New fascia, soffit and guttering fitted on my rental property. Work completed in 2 days, tenant reported back very friendly. After inspecting I'm very happy with the completed work.

From first point of contact to the final completion of the work I found working with the Point Roofing team very professional. Problems identified and explain on initial survey, quote sent and work completed in a few days after booking in the job.

Had a couple of quotes for fascia, soffit and guttering and although not the cheapest I feel I got great value for money. Really professional work and my roofline looks mint.

Really helpful and professional company in installing a new roof for us on an old house after us previously having a really bad experience with another roofing company. I should have seen the warnings when they gave us a very low quote. The workers turned up two hours late, and instead of stripping and replacing our fascia’s just nailed plastic ones on top. This is not what we asked for and they laughed at my husband when he challenged them! Luckily my husband caught them out and asked them to leave our property. We had to borrow a ladder from a neighbour to replace our roof tiles they had moved. This was very stressful and has taken me a year to write as they were not friendly at all. How they have so many good reviews is beyond me. I was told the worker had a warning ((apparently he was having a bad day). I would not recommend and would give them no stars if i I hadn’t had got my deposit back and the fact they did return to put the gutters back up ( which then fell down a few weeks later)
