I didn't get the guys name,he came out to check my roof and what needs to be done.I was told by a different company when buying this house that it needs vents added to roof and few other little jobs,and they quoted £750 for this.He checked the attic and found that there is enough draft and that vents are not needed,and the other jobs would cost around £150.....and with vents no more than £350.he was surprised whit how much the other company quoted,booked him to do repairs in next week or two,will update the review after job is done
