Lier. The promised guaranty never never done by the builder. They always looking for any excuse to avoid and refuse to do their guaranteed work. Please don't use them in order to proetced your self.

Did work on roof within a year flashing has leaked and not turned up to rectify the problem even though gave a 25 year guarantee dont use
