Phillips & Son Roofing

Incredible response during storm Eunice. I lost a ridge tile and roof vent in the storm. Called Phillips and Sons at 9.30am Sat and they arrived within the hour and returned to complete the works same day, as it was unsafe to leave the tile hanging on the roof. Liam and his mate were polite, friendly, safe and undertook a repair in strong winds. Top Notch will use again. Thanks again from very happy customer.

She recently had a new roof installed, it was a big job.
The team were excellent, extremely polite and professional. They explained step by step what work they were going to do each day, which was reassuring for a lady who is 87.
I met them during " the big build" I was very impressed.
They were always on time, arrived early in the morning during the hot weather.
My Mother is delighted with the result, thank you so much Liam and team.

Liam and his team carried out a full roof renewal on my property. Throughout the whole contract Liam kept me updated in the progress. Have to say his team worked through some atrocious weather conditions and did a thoroughly professional job. Couldn't fault them from start to finish. No trouble in recommending this Company. Also a word for ASW scaffolding firm,they were superb too.

Very disappointed with the service from this supposedly professional company that states it treats its customers as family on its website. I called hoping to get someone to come and look at my roof that had started leaking, I was assured that someone would call me back when the builder came back and mark it as urgent. Over 24 hours later I received a call to then be asked who recommended them as to which I replied that I had done some research and they looked like the best company around. I was then told for that reason they can’t take the job and are booked until feb next year. So clearly this company has got way too big for its boots and no longer cares about its potential customers and it’s who you know and not what you know. Maybe I could have been told this on my first phone call that would have saved alot of my time.

Cannot recommend more highly, from start to finish professional. We had a few slates slipped and missing on large church roof (Mission Hall Neath), Liam (son) was prompt replying and getting to site after I called and left a message, before we knew it the scaffold was up and work completed, good job and a great price. Having such a large old roof to maintain I know who I`ll be calling if/when we need more work done.

Have used this company a few times over the past few years, highly recommend. Always professional, punctual, helped me out at short notice when I've had a leak, even when they are busy. They even found a mysterious leak in my roof when others have tried and failed. I will now only use this company for all my family roofing problems. Peace of mind knowing they'll do a good job and fix the issues. Years of experience so they know what they are doing and the boys working with them are so so nice and polite, they show photos of the problem before going ahead with the repair so you know its genuine. I cannot fault them
