Extremely poor service. Did not have any work done in the end but the whole experience of trying to arrange appointments to see what work I needed doing was extremely difficult. No urgency, no customer service skills what so ever

At least he came to look and didn't want job

I had the flat roof on an extension replaced by Holdsworth Roofing recently. Very quick reply when it came to arranging a visit and a quote. The job itself was completed within a day and the site left clean and tidy afterwards. The final cost came in slightly under the quoted price.

He gave us a quote agreed on it said he was sorting scaffolding out didn’t hear from him so I messaged he quickly called me back added two grand to original price shouldn’t have said he could do a job at a price he couldn’t do it and have us turn down other quotes and to be left with no roofer not professional at all
