Feltfab Roofing Newport

We have used this company over many years at st Joseph's boxing club Newport, always very reliable, excellent workmanship, professional & good value,definitely use them again.

I can't praise Feltfab enough! When they came round for a quote, they took the time to explain exactly what the issues were with the roof and gave me some options for what we could do depending on what my budget was. Once the scaffolding was up, they got to work and were done within 4 days!! I was so incredibly impressed. They were also courteous to the neighbours and let them know that there may have been a slight disruption to their satellite signal, but ended up finding a workaround to avoid that. Special thanks to Richard for his kind, professional manner and for always being on hand to answer any questions.

Update: Storm Eustace just came through and the new roof and skylights held up perfectly - upgrading my rating accordingly.

Work did get done and as far as I know it's fine (I'm not a roofer, how would I know?) but they were not the easiest company to deal with after I accepted the quote (they were great before that). I had to be on the phone chasing them constantly - they'd either turn up out of the blue or just not show up at all.

Feltfab did 2 flat roofs for me and some cladding. Most of the job I am happy with. But the one flat roof was left with bumps, lumps and holds water on it rather than it running off.

When I asked them to come back to look at it, they didn't want to know. Lesson learned - don't pay the final balance until it is completed to satisfaction!

Would not use again!

I been chasing them for last 5 weeks for them to send someone out to have look at the gutters they installed as it started leaking, very unprofessional they promised me so many times they'll send someone out but they never do it's been 5 weeks iam still waiting I've paid them 4 thousand pounds for gutters flat roof and chimney, but now they don't even answer the phone!! Don't waste your money and time with these people!!!

They Guys at felt fab really pulled through, went above and beyond with storm damage to our roof and guttering. Not only where their prices very competitive, they fitted us in after working hours to make sure our home was put right as soon as possible. Cheers Richard cant thank you enough

Reasonable and quick to resolve our storm damage and replace roof whilst all other contractors did not show up. Could not recommend enough

Replaced roof, excellent job, good clean workers, Highly recommended - wouldn't hesitate to use them again!
