From getting a quote to completion of new roof, we cannot fault Lloyd’s Roofing and Home Improvements in any way. We were given daily updates with photos, the tradesmen were friendly and were considerate of our neighbours and left our property clean and tidy at all times. Our new roof is stunning, we are so pleased with it. We would highly recommend to anyone and would definitely use this company again.

Because of the storm I need some repairs done and choose Lloyd's Roofing and I can't believe my luck, they were excellent. The work was carried out to a really high standard. They arrived at the time they said they would and started work immediately. The work was done useing a better quality product then the one they were replacing and they cleaned up better than it was before they even cleaned parts of the cutter that wasn't part of the job. I was so happy with their work and the price that I will definitely use them from now on.

18th Feb 2022, the storm broke some ridge tiles off and smashed my window. I rang Lloyds and they called around the same day, I asked for a quote for repair of ridge tiles and/or new roof, never heard from them again. Luckily I found N&N roofing I have had a new roof for a very reasonable price and a brilliant job done, I can recommend N&N but I regret I can not recommend Lloyds after they let me down.

Great workmanship. Turned up on time and completed the work to a very high standard and at a very reasonable price.
They even went above and beyond the agreed work when they discovered unforeseen extra work that would of led to more problems at a later date. Highly recommend this firm.

If you're reading this and looking for a genuine bona fide roofer, look no further. We had a roof leak and Neil Lloyd came out to look at it. He came the following day to make a temporary repair, which stopped any further damage to the inside. Moved jobs around to accommodate us, and fitted a new roof. Also completed some unforseen extra work, only charging for the materials, and on leaving cleaned everything spotlessly. Outstanding service from Lloyd's roofing and would recommend to anyone.

Neil came as promised to have a look at a chimeny issue today for me as i noticed from the loft the stack was all wet.
Neil inspected the inside from the loft and went straight onto the roof to investigate.
Took pictures to explain the probable causes to me with ease and offered a temp fix to reduce water ingress for the time being. Excellent knowledge and professionalism. Highly recommend!

Arrived within 24-hours of contact Lloyd Roofing and Home Improvements due to a loose tile on the roof which needed fixing back. The team were friendly, helpful and professional and the issue was fixed. Definitely recommend this service to friends and family, as well as using this service again in the future.
