We had a new roof fitted for my 85 year old mum by Redland property services. Communication with the team throughout the process was great, always kept us informed on every step of the project. The price was very reasonable especially for the quality of the materials. we had much higher quotes given to us by other companies. We as a family and my mum would highly recommend Redland to anyone that requires any of there services.

We called Redland due to a leaking roof, seeking an assessment, quote and potential repairs. A few hours later we had a clear idea of the issue, a straightforward and concise assessment, visual confirmation, and a promise of quick action (weather permitting).

A quote was emailed the same day, we agreed and the very next morning a team turned up and reparative work began. Completed within a few hours, under guarantee, all old materials were taken away too.

The service was nothing short of professional, very understanding of our concern, reassuring and informing throughout. Very happy to recommend Redland, and to have the roof repairs so quickly carried out!

I bought property recently and due to the surveyor not picking up the roof damage I was left to have to look for a roofer as I’ve moved to Newport recently I googled Redland property services came up and they had 5 stars so decided to try them they were brilliant met with a guy called John and he was efficient told me the problem straight away and gave me a quote I decided to go with him and he was professional quick and got the job done. I was very happy with the services and would 100’percent use him again it’s a shame he only does roofing but honestly he was a life saver I would recommend him highly if your in the Newport Cardiff area

Very quick and responsive. Came out and was clear what needed doing, then got the quote through the same day with a good price. When we decided to go ahead with the job, they came out as soon as weather allowed and did the job. Would use again if we had other issues with the roof.

John and his crew renewed the roof on a 9m x 1m outdoor storage area, fitting a rubber roof to replace the old felt, having discussed the options. Turned up when they said they would, did a good looking job promptly, and cheerful with it. Would recommend.

I'm so impressed with this family-run business. I can concur with the majority of the accolades they have already accrued in their reviews. They deserve to become a Which? (The Consumer's Association) recommended Trader. Why didn't anybody tell me about them before?!!

My ceiling started leaking after the recent bad weather we had, so the next morning I contacted Redland. He came out the following day which was a Saturday, explained what the problem was. There was two broken tiles and damaged membrane which was exposed. There was no messing around, he gave me two options and prices then a couple of days later he arrived to fix it. He sent me photos of before and after as I was working. Quick, efficient and perfect communication. I'm so impressed with the service I received and will definitely use the company again. The storm dislodged some bricks from our chimney, leading to a damaged chimney and some roof leaking at our home in Cardiff.

We contacted John and he was very responsive, giving us a quote and organising everything via WhatsApp after an initial call to discuss the issue.

John and his team came within two weeks of the initial enquiry, despite the heavy workload brought on around Cardiff by the Storm.

I would highly recommend him and his team as they fixed the problem, communicated well and ultimately did a good job!
