AAC Waterproofing Ltd

AAC Waterproofing fitted a number of roofs for us 8 years ago, and were prompt in sending someone out to deal with the leak caused by one of those roofs being fitted in a way that couldn't cope with our exposed position. Unfortunately they have also steadfastly refused to take any responsibility for the water damage internally that resulted from the leak. The team that fit the roofs are great to deal with. Customer care is not.

After 5 phone calls to the company and assurances they wanted our business they did not call back once in 2 weeks of waiting.
The reason for 2 stars and not one was they were very polite on the phone

Sub contracted my roof out to another firm, the sub contracted firm then did the roof wrong as ACC did not provide drawings. ACC then tried to pay me to keep the roof rather than come out and replace. Eventually they came and replaced. So far the roof has been fine. There have been 3 snags I have had to repair at my own cost as they have one of the worst post customer care services I have encountered. Would not recommend

AAC are a very friendly, reliable and professional firm. I would not hesitate in both recommending them to other businesses and also using them again on other projects, the team from both office and field are second to none
