Carefully they will over charge and do work that you don't ask them too + charge for it!

Good value and honest ... overalled roof, replaced a few slipped and cracked tiles, replastered top tiles on eves and added cowl which wasn’t there and required ... house is perfectly dry and I had a good look at the work with binoculars a1, thanks

Rang them to replace a few tiles blown off in the bad weather, they turned up to look at the job, gave me a quote and said they'd be back first fine day to do it, I rang in a week and a halfs time to see why they'd not been they apologised and said they'd be round as soon as possible, that was another week and a half ago, I've since had it done elsewhere!

We shook on a price for a full roof refit April 2021 and were told the work would start in June. We didn't hear anything from them untill eventually we phoned them. There was a month's delay due to poor weather. Fair enough, but we should have been informed. Still nothing throughout July so we phoned again in August and asked if Mr Pugh could call to discuss dates with us. He came today, putting a note through the door saying the quote has risen by £1400. You could have been polite enough to knock the door, Mr Pugh, and explain why you no longer want our business.
