Unbelievable workers. I had been let down and messed around with other companies. So i was quite sceptical about using another however work needed doing. They came and quoted reasonably no fuss and even found a few other issues that they sorted out out of good will at the end. Thank you so much!

Phoned them for a quote and they were with me within the hour to look at the job. Then, the owner said he’d get back to me the next day with a price. The price was excellent and they were with me a week later. The job was completed within 2 days with excellent workmanship. Definitely recommend these!!

Where do I start! From the first contact the response was immediate. The assessment and quotation were speedily communicated by email with a start date. The payment model is straightforward and safe. The number of teams involved were unbelievable and the quality of workmanship even in poor weather conditions was exceptional. Highly professional and engaging workmen. Other verifiable problem issues were identified and these were included as a further job but remedial work carried out while on site. Top company, highly recommended. Can’t recommend highly enough.

everything done by AAA went above and beyond what I was expecting from a local tradesman. the work team knew what they were talking about and got on without fuss. once finished they cleaned up after themselves and left me with a watertight roof. Lockdown maybe effecting the rest of the industry but you wouldn't know it from my recent experience.

Last year we had few leaks (bathroom, master bedroom, study). We contacted AAA Roofing and they responded very quickly and came over the next day to investigate the matter and provide quote. They identified several problems including sagging felt (master bedroom), some problem with roof valley (study) and although we thought pipe above bathroom was causing a leak, they said it was due to bad soffits and fascia boards. They seemed very knowledgable and were very convincing and quote seemed to be quite reasonable, so we agreed to it. Work started promptly. Some time later they also found that a piece of felt has rotten and needs to be replaced and it must come with new tiles. Okay, but this increased a quote by £700. Nevertheless, work was completed in few days and they left. All seemed well until first heavy rain, when we found that bathroom and bedroom ceilings are wet again. By this time we repaired bathroom ceiling, so discovery wasn't welcome. We contacted AAA Roofing again, but this time they were not as fast to turn up. We waited roughly a month for somebody to come over and take a look at those leaks. In the meantime, we found that pipe above bathroom was indeed to blame (so our initial guess was correct). When they finally turned up, they said that bedroom leak will be rectified for free as part of original job, but pipe above bathroom must be removed. That added £300 to bill and left us with the feeling that we paid for work we didn't need (that is soffits and fascias). We then waited several more weeks for them to come and actually fix it (that included multiple phone calls from us and each time they postponed the date). Anyway, few months after this job was done, we found very nice brown spot in our newly redecorated study. We got up in the loft and beam under roof valley was soaking wet. That was early May. Ever since we are trying to reach AAA Roofing, but to no avail. They won't pick up the phone (either mobile or landline), won't return calls and emails, voicemails and texts are simply ignored. Very unfortunately, but we will have to go through stress of seeking legal help, as we feel it's the only way to resolve this situation for us.

Nice guys, very professional and on time. More expensive than other quotes but we went with them as they seemed to know their stuff, total work cost a few grand for various required roof repairs to remedy a leak and damp plaster all along gable end.

Work appeared to go great, lots of new material going in and work looked to a good quality, however unfortunately the damp has only gotten worse. In the attic I can see the water running down now whereas before this didn't happen, so somehow it's worse. Weird.

Haven't been able to get in touch with them to come out and take a look despite the guarantee, which is disappointing. Will keep trying and hope to get a response.
