First impressions were great. He came out promptly just before Christmas to have a look at the problem. He said that he would need to hire a tower to work safely and it was agreed that he would price it up and come back to me to agree a start date for the job. So disappointed that I never heard from him again. He has not replied to my text messages nor does he pick up my calls. If he doesn't want or can't do the job just tell me. Very unprofessional.
