Fantastic service!! I spoke with Hope on the phone and from enquiry to complete sale, she was brilliant! Hope managed to get me all the materials I needed in quick time and John in the branch was very helpful too. Will definitely use again when needed and will recommend to others

Best to avoid during school pickup/drop-off time. Otherwise, one of the friendliest, helpful bunch of people I've come across. Good value too

The mature saleswoman at reception was abrupt with me at first, but she realised this by my reaction & was more pleasant onwards. On arrival at reception a smile was not given, just a yes I felt I was not treated as a valued customer.
Will not go back.

Had what I needed, best roofing suppliers in the area

Trisha the lovely manager got my roof ridge tiles in couple of days which apparently none of the other local/national suppliers could get me. I have been to few local roofing suppliers and most of them had no idea what the tile was, nor able to get one for me quickly as she did (one said wait for 2 months!). Highly recommend them - friendly, professional and capable - 5 stars!

Open to trade and retail. I walked in to but a couple of chimney cowls but they did not have the ones I want. The friendly assistant walked to the top floor of the warehouse to show me what they had. Also got some friendly advice on how a new chimney pot should be installed

Went for some rain water down pipe and fittings, service was quick and everything was in stock. Impressed with staff friendliness. I will be going here again .
