Buy Roof Slate

Everyone from BRS with whom we interacted was very friendly, professional and helpful. The slate is waiting to go on the roof, but looks to be great quality. All of it arrived in good shape, packed well - no breakages visible. The delivery driver was superb - the first from any company who was willing to spend a bit of time to get the pallets up our slightly lumpy driveway - really cheerful and helpful too! I will definitely use them again, and would recommend to family and friends.

Excellent service and extremely helpful team. We had some roof damage in the recent storm and were unable to find the natural slate tiles similar to the ones on our roof. Even the builders couldn’t arrange tiles from any suppliers and were asking us to go for alternative tiles which did not match with the rest of the roof. I took a sample of our existing tiles to Buy Roof Slate and they had it available there. I was greatly impressed with their customer service and a wide range of roof tiles they do and would highly recommend them.

Great company just outside Aylesbury. We'd lost a slate in the recent storms, was able to visit and get help finding the perfect one for replacement. Definitely had a lot of options and easy to get there. Appreciated the early opening times so could drop in before work.

bought a load of slates from this outfit not impressed by them they supplied what appeared to be mixed quality slates actually stated on crates but was supposed to be first quality. lots of bent slates and propellers that were unusable .
ignored me when i complained , so think very hard about purchasing from them they don't seem to care when confronted, suggest you buy elsewhere.
whilst they may be a bit cheaper you will find that it turns out more expensive buying from them.
idoubt very much that the slates they sent me would even conform to the codes of practice.

This place is great! I went before Christmas to get some slates for my Dad to make a bird table. It came out so well he wanted to make another and when they were sold out of the same slate they were able to recommend the best type for cutting. The slates are fabulous quality, someone is always available to answer calls, they really know their product and are wonderfully helpful. Don't even think of going anywhere else!

I have placed two orders with this company as their product is very cheap compared to local suppliers.
While using the slate from the first order I was concerned about the variability and quality. I emailed them but received no reply.
On the second order I checked the slate when it arrived.
The quality and variability was a lot worse. I emailed the company with photos but received no reply.
So I raised the issue with Paypal and wrote a review.
Buy Roof Slate accepted there was a problem with the slate.
Initially I accepted a 5% discount but further problems resulted in them collecting and replacing with acceptable slate.
They went the extra mile to resolve the problem
