Great product with very easy to follow diy install process. Website is really user friendly and helpful even for complete novice like me. Cut size exactly what I requested. Please be aware this product can be heavy so have a friend available when delivered. I requested the fit installation kit at £15 it's really good value with quality Harris tools included. Using the automated ordering system automatically provides you with the correct amounts of adhesive s both water based and contact which was very helpful.

Excellent service again. Have bought from them a few times now and will definitely continue. Always helpful and informative. Delivery was on time again . If you are trade and want straight talking sound advice and really good quality materials, at a reasonable price , then you've found the right place.

I bought my new shed roofing kit from here. It was cheaper than Screwfix and there was more choice on size. Online ordering was easy and I collected from the Coventry depot saving £15 on postage. They called me within an hour to say the order was ready to collect and the staff on site were friendly and very helpful. Good service.

Roof had 3 holes in it after just 5 years, I even bought the 1.5mm version!

Pointless 20-year guarantee as they claimed the hole was "not a failure in the rubber itself." whatever that means.

Also tried claiming it wasn't their product, when clearly it is and had to provide evidence and more photos.

Still didn't do anything, sound like they are being helpful then ignore all emails, telephone calls and communication.

Avoid.

Update: Now again denying it is their product, I have proof of purchase and installed their product. Why would I buy their product and install something different?

Been using Rubber4 Roofs for quite a few years now. Always had good service and never had any issues with their products.

What can I say?!
I placed my order then thankfully, after checking my measurements, (yet again!) I realised I'd stuffed up.
I rang them up pronto and problem was rectified.
Well done to Sam (I think it was) & the rest of team. I got a swift call back after a fresh calculation, paid difference, job done.
Not only that, but the 3-5 day delivery was only 2 days!
What a result!! Thanks to all!

Great company to deal with. Customer service was excellent, when their delivery company lost part of my order a new box was shipped out overnight. Classicbond epdm kit is a fantastic easy to use kit also, highly impressed.

We required a length of rubber membrane to walk across a plastic roof for a one time job. The membrane has come in handy for our landscaping projects to help keep our clients pathways and patios clean without becoming a slip or trip hazard.
