Very good personal and friendly service. The took time to find the right running shoes for me by asking questions and doing a gait analysis. Really happy with my purchase of new Hoka One One shoes. The running club on Thursday nights is great too for beginners and fasties!

1st class knowledge of suitably, wouldn't purchase my trainers anywhere else. Such a great variety and selection of not just trainers and clothing but all the accessories too.
Also the fact that they hold a free run club for all levels of runners every Thursday makes this shop truly unique.

I called the store on Friday to book to come in 2 days later (today) to use the Gait equipment as I'm preparing for my first half marathon.

When we arrived, I was greeted by Paul J who was extremely warming and polite. He was very informative regarding the shoe types and variety, the Gait equipment and the plan while we were in store.

All COVID related procedures were followed and the store was squeaky clean and comfortable.

I was given a ton of information alongside a verity of shoes to test and try.

In a heartbeat, I'd recommend the store and the staff. My experience was flawless and I look forward to being a frequent customer.

Every time I visit the store I receive such good customer service from Ryan. He is excellent at gathering all the necessary information before recommending any products. And each time I go in they remember me and ask how I'm getting on. It is a far better experience than buying online. I am more than happy to support this local store and would definitely recommend them.

As soon as I walked in I was met by great customer service and the guys had great knowledge of running and assisted me in buying my new runners. Looking forward to getting the miles in.

I visited to buy a new pair of running shoes, and already had a particular shoe in mind when I visited. There were quite a few staff members on the shop floor who who very knowledgeable and helpful. They had the shoe I was looking for in a choice of colours, made suggestions as to others I might like to try, and let me test them out on their in-store treadmill.

Called in to Albany Rd today to get a gait check and buy a new pair of running trainers. Having not run outside for many years after leaving the forces, the old knees took a battering over the years..... I've been using low impact cross trainer for years since but wanted to get back out and run again. Paul spent some time recommending various shoes in different fits and feels. After narrowing down to two a final run on the machine nailed a pair, the time and advice was great and much appreciated. Would highly recommend these guys to anyone and will return when I need a new pair. Tried them out on a short run this evening and they felt great, my muscles didn't appreciate the shock though haha 😆

The guys in the shop were really knowledgeable and helpful in helping me find some new trainers. Testing out on the treadmill is a big plus too. Highly recommend if looking for a new pair of running trainers.
