*WARNING* to anyone considering purchasing a static home on this site. This site is not registered as fully Residential even though you can live on here full time and pay council tax. The difference is that a fully Residential licensed site is protected under the 2013 Act regarding purchase and sale of static homes, under this regulation the owner may sell their vans freely without the involvement of the site owner, providing any restrictions are met ie: age limit. On a fully licensed site there is no age limit on selling vans on site, however on this site there is an age limit of 12 years. Once a van hits 12 years old within this site vans cannot be sold on site and the site owner is involved in any sale. Commission is also at a higher rate, *BE AWARE* to get everything in writing and consider all aspects before purchasing on this site.

Lovely owners, great atmosphere, absolutely fantastic service, 10/10 hygiene. Would definitely go back again 100% If you are ever looking for a caravan site look no further than Harwood Bar
