Nice holiday park - small but very friendly.
Good entertainment for young kiddies.
Entertainment provided by an outside company was brilliant for the kids.
Outside pool was managed really well.
Overall a pleasant stay.

Lovely place very clean just a word of warning.... stay away from the club house...
My pregnant wife and I were having a drink playing pool etc with a few locals that were also drinking on site.
We were having a brilliant time until I offered Liz the bar manager a drink out of Politeness and generosity. This woman flipped to absolutely no reason I could see why. Started screaming and shouting at my pregnant wife and then ran out back.... this is a bar manager behaviour. An hour passes we've forgotten all about her during this time. She come in running into the dance floor straight up to my wife screaming more saying she was talking about her. Excuse me I know paranoia when I see it. She tries going for my wife whilst being held back. Then we get kicked out. Ok I'll leave..
we were made to feel so uncomfortable during our stay that we stayed off site, only to sleep. I didn't want to drive that weekend.

Went to report her behaviour to the site manager the following morning she said there was a similar incident last week....

We were in communication with the management and it seems that they condone her actions and instead to firing this nutter they offered us 1 night refund to forget the incident...... it's not about money. I wanted a stress free weekend and this Liz just ruined it.

My wife is no longer pregnant we lost the baby shortly after.

I will never stay here again.

Caravan clean and nice touch with the box of washing up goodies. Very disappointed with club/restaurant. Knew entertainment venue was different because booked the week children went back to school which didn't bother us but wasn't told the restaurant would be closed at lunch time and that the evening menu was being wound down. First night asked for jacket pot but didn't have so chose a basket meal. The burger bap was very dry so just ate the burger.second time asked again but no pots, scampi but no scampi, fish but no fish, ale pie but guess what? No pie. Had a burger and chips because needed to eat as diabetic and my injection was due. The girl who served was very nice so couldn't complain. When dished up the bap was so dry it crumbled when attempted to eat. Ordered cheese burger and got the bacon and bbq sauce one . Had to leave it all but the chips as don't eat bacon and detest BBQ sauce. Should of been told that the menu was very very limited because wouldn't have attempted to eat there. I'm afraid it has put me off going here again . No mention of camp shop either. Woke up to a cold morning and heating didn't work and the temp in the caravan was 18 and it says it heats up to 23. Shame about these issues as it was a much needed break.

Nice caravan , clean and comfortable but the club house staff very rude , lazy and had absolutely no interest in customer care . £12.00 for a burger with the advertised accompaniments missing , cheese , salad , coleslaw is day light robbery , then told ice cream sundaes only served after 1700hrs despite two staff on duty in an empty bar at 1640hrs . Asked at reception for extra pillows , was told housekeeping will get back to us , they never did
Dreadful place

Housekeeping...?
Stale musty smell on entering the caravan. Source? A bin under the sink. You can't just change the bib bag, the bin has to be WASHED. Every shiny surface was smeary and greasy with previous occupants finger prints on the fire surround, oven, kettle, microwave and TV. Upholstery was generally grubby. I'm not keen on plastic mattresses, reminds me of hospitals or prisons.
Our van was next to where staff parked their vehicles and the main refuse area...! Yep, you guessed, noise and smell...Go figure?
The sheets and duvets were pristine though...

Lovely break with our dogs. Park was nice a few minor problems with caravan but soon sorted by friendly reception lady and the maintenance staff. Beautiful part of the UK would highly recommend.

Stayed here for the weekend, was a fairly small park holidays site, staff team were friendly and helpful however the caravan needed a deep clean may have been because nearing the end of the season but the carpet was dirty and bathroom floor washed but they did not clean into the corners of the floor, just needed a bit more attention. The street lighting in the site was really poor and it was not sufficiently lit in the roads or around the caravans. A bit more attention and this would be a great little park
