Quite and relaxing. We had a basic mobile home. Clean and comfortable. We had a seating area which was so relaxing. Great views and location. Road to the park is a bit narrow and road surface uneven and full of creators. Parks bar clean and newly refurbished to a high standard.

Very quiet and close to Hastings. Helpful staff. Loved our stay. The swimming pool is only 40 minutes slots and need booking. Would have loved more activities for children or a bigger playground. The only improvement point (not linked to the park) was the very narrow road to the park, you can get stuck if a second car comes facing. Could help to have some signalling or mirrors.

More for older couples and not for children
Good for pets
No kids entertainment in the evening, swimming pool small and always booked up.
Loads of staff but took 3 days to remove a beer bottle.
Beautiful setting very picturesque
But won’t be returning to this venue but will definitely be using park holidays for more loopy based entertainment

Lovely place for a quiet relaxing break. Mainly for adults as there's not much for children. Swimming pool could be bigger but it was clean and staff very friendly. Tried the restaurant and food is good value for the price. The caravan we had was faultless. Everything was of a high standard. The site shop had a good selection of groceries. Would recommend.

Lovely place to visit and stay. We were there for the weekend. Great amenities on site. Restaurant and bar very nice, evening entertainment, food was good quality, nice small arcade, a small swing park and a swimming pool. Not even sure if we saw everything that they had to offer but what we did see was of a good standard. Would definitely visit again

We have just returned from a week's holiday at this mobile home park.

The road surface on the way to the park was very bad and I understand the complaints in previous reviews about it.

Unfortunately this park didn't really give us both a holiday feeling as it is more of a mobile home park for permanent (older) residents and it was screaming to sell new mobile homes.

Our mobile home was spacious enough for us and the price for our holiday purpose was sufficient as we were out a lot.
But unfortunately our mobile home was next to a road in the park and every morning from about 5 am the permanent residents drove their car to work past our bedroom window.
Very annoying if you have to rest and sleep enough due to chronic illnesses to get through the day well.

The most antisocial thing we have experienced is that on Saturday morning we wanted breakfast at 09.00 with our breakfast tickets, because after all we paid for it.
And that the older man behind the bar was very short and said to us that it could take another half hour but I couldn't understand the reason because of his clamor about it.

So okay then we go outside to smoke a cigarette.
When we came back he was complaining to another man 'yes I said it will take half an hour and they are already back.
I also didn't know that such a thing was a great shame to sit down at 09.15 when it should already have taken place at 09.00.

Well we had plans that morning which started at 10 o'clock in Bexhill so we were late because of this and it is antisocial to talk about your customers in front of them.

In addition, this man gave the other customers (permanent residents?) coffee and didn't ask us anything.
That only happened when we could finally order breakfast where we could only leave at 10.15 am.

It's a great park if you're out a lot like us, but don't expect much entertainment or atmosphere in the park.

Arrived for a 4 night break with the family. Hired 3 vans 2 dog friendly Gold and 1 gold vans we clean and tidy. Lovely location receptionist we very helpful. And the lad in charge of swimming pool. Agree the pool is more of a fun pool than a swimming pool but was great fun as they allowed inflatables which most pools don’t allow.
Had a fantastic break 5 stars. Look forward to coming back next year

Visited for a short break in october. Loved the lodge we stayed in with gorgeous views of the lake.
Went swimming everyday needed to book on arrival at pool area (would be easier to do this at reception). We enjoyed the pool and music was played with pool balls/ rings so kids had fun.

Visited Pub on site, the food was ok, atmosphere a bit open bright for our taste. But kids were entertained well with the kids club guy- thankyou!
We didn't visit the playground so I can't comment on that part.
Internet signal was sketchy and tv signal poor (ongoing problem seemingly, but not much could be done) would recommend bringing your own DVD or downloads that dont require Internet of you have kids!
Park is nice and quiet and in a good location for exploring Hastings and surrounding area. Would recommend a visit to Battle Abbey
We felt very relaxed after our stay and would love to come back to the same lodge!
