Moor View Touring Park

Brilliant caravan, motor home and camping park. Large spotless toilets and showers. Full service pitches available. Dog friendly with dog walking and open field includes free dog waste bags . Free WiFi. Lounge area with free coffee. Great staff who are always on site to help.

We've recently returned after 9 days here with our 2 dogs. The site was very quiet, only about half a dozen other caravans there , none close to us which for us was perfect. We had pitch no. 8 which was huge. The dog walking area was perfect, the best I've seen. The toilets and showers were always immaculate. Don't let reviews about the road put you off, it's no worse than most roads in that part of the country. Convenient location for visiting so many stunning places. Will return ..😄💞

Second season at an adult only site and I don't think I can go back. The site appears compact but is spread out over several fields.
The dog exercise field is the best I've ever used, almost 1/2 mile square, awesome views, dog bins and bags.
The facilities were very clean and I never had to wait for a shower. Grounds are kept well.
The owners and staff keep a very low profile too. There's a guest lounge with large TV but I didn't see it much in use but then again we stayed during the heatwave so who would be indoors.
There is so much of interest nearby they are too numerous to list.
The only downsides of this break are the South Devon roads, narrow with passing places and people driving at speed, I had to learn to reverse quite a distance with the car and no van.
Access by road is good except for the B road portion to California Cross which has those narrow issues and it was quite challenging with van in tow.
That's not the sites fault but be aware.
I would not hesitate to recommend or return.

Just returned from a weeks stay at Moor view. This is our second visit and it was as good as the first!
We found the site team friendly, and helpful with very clean toilet and show facilities and the super pitches huge!
Definitely will make a 3rd visit soon

Well kept tidy site. Spotless facilities. Fantastic dog exercise field with views over Dartmoor. Pitches well kept. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice and quiet site. Well done moor view team.

Wonderful site. Quiet, well kept. The road to the site is narrower for the last couple of miles but not bad if driven with care. Dog walk is a huge field with gorgeous views to the moor. Perfect for our energetic Boxer! Pitches are good with hedges between. We were on an intermediate which was fully serviced with fabulous views of the sunset in the West. The warden was friendly and facilities although a little dated were spotless. We are already planning our return. ❤️🌧

Beautiful site. Great dog walk. Access along narrow roads a bit stressful. Would’ve appreciated a small shop on site.

So we've been here for 10 days what a lovely site yes it's very quiet but it's the end of the season, toilets and showers are a bit dated but very clean and everything works just fine the dog walk is very good and plenty of free poo bags are available we love this site and will be back.
