Barlows is marvellous. I spent many happy family holidays growing up and have very fond memories of the site and its surroundings. Returning 25 years later to see that it retains all of its original charm, totally unspoilt by time, and clearly tended to year in year out by the owners and staff. Absolute hidden gem.

We have been coming to Barlow's Caravan Park for over 30 years both camping, touring and now with our new Static Caravan and we love it! We have many fond memories of holidays here with our family. There are stunning views and lots of walks to venture out on and it's in a great location for travelling around for day trips and local shops. It's great to see it has maintained everything all these years and it's a credit to all the friendly staff who are always so helpful on site. A great family run business and long may it continue. Looking forward to our next visit already! See you soon! Paul & Liz x

We found this little gem of a site by accident - and I'm so happy we did. The owners are friendly and extremely helpful. The other caravanners are friendly and organise get togethers in the village. We've had statics for 40+ years, and been on many different sites. This site isn't commercial where everything is about making money. It benefits from a touring park, parks with swings and climbing frames, a shops selling the essentials, papers, and freshly made pies and cakes daily. The scenery is fantastic, and ideal for both young and old. There's lots of open space for walks and playing games on, and a forest to explore.
For the Jubilee, a maquee was hired, and there was entertainment put on for 4 days eg. Competitions with prizes, pizzas, magicians, a dress up evening, games on the field, king and queen scarecrow making etc. All put on by the site - and free! Fantastic little site

We always camp here for the Clwyd Practical Classics Car Show held each July and it really is a lovely place to stay. Lovely quiet countryside setting with superb views. Facilities are excellent! Brand new showers and toilets, really clean and tidy, well maintained site throughout. The staff at the shop are really welcoming and friendly and super helpful. Highly recommended!

Many improvements have been made since we last visited Barlows, and we believe some of the reviews are now outdated.

The new toilet/shower block is clean and tidy. The disposal/sluice area for chemical toilet emptying is very good. Under cover and contained.

Very helpful and welcoming staff. The area is outstanding, and the views are beautiful. Will be returning in the very near future.

What a fabulous hidden little Gem. Site is kept to a very high standard. Great park for children and dog friendly. Staff that I met were very helpful and lovely little shop. Toilet block and showers are exceptional (first time ever had to turn down the temp of the water!) A big thumbs up from me

Have brought my tourer quite a few times, especially for the car shows, location is beautiful, amenities are everything you need, and staff are courteous, friendly and helpful.
Located near the village, and a couple of miles from the A55 so access to coast is great.
