I have just returned from what was going to be a 2 night camping trip which turned into a week away. I was in a tent by the road, the site is peaceful, clean, well maintained, welcoming and I am certainly returning. I read reviews that said the road is noisy, it is a little the first night but then you get used to it and the traffic isn't a problem at all. When I read other reviews I expected a very strict campsite that I could do nothing on, this is very wrong, the staff are helpful and made me feel very welcome, everything is explained to you and you are given a map of the site. The site is patrolled and I felt very safe and relaxed. The site isn't far from supermarkets and the area is a lovely place to walk with the beach nearby. The site feels private and is ideal for people wanting a peaceful time. There is a 24 hour number you are given should you need the staff at anytime, so this being my first time ever camping and me being a female alone camping I can honestly say I felt safe, relaxed and welcome. I only came home because of the winds picking up and Me being in a tent, as soon as I can return I will be doing. Lovely site and lovely staff.

Just returned from a long weekend at this site. What a lovely place and the owners were really helpful and friendly too. My first inspection is always the toilets, I don't think I've ever been to a site where the toilets are so clean! The location was ideal, far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the town, but close enough to walk/cycle to and the beach is only a short bike ride away too. We enjoyed it so much, we came home and re-booked to stay again next month.

Really liked this site. The lady owner was really friendly and liked the facilities to be very clean. Even the water /drain points were cleaned and disinfected. The man owner was helpful and seen cutting the grass to keep it all looking nice. Toilet block was nice, although no private wash room. Views towards the sea. Possible to walk to the beach and also into Prestatyn.
Thank you for your reply Helen. By private wash room I have seen cubicles where instead of a toilet there is a sink. It means when I want to wash in private I can do. I always feel guilty if I use a disabled facility.

All in all, pretty central and pretty good! The Gents only had two showers, but did that cause me a problem personally - NO (I guess more and more trailers have showers built in. My wife did have to queue for a short time, and there was a notice offering other showers if you went to ask for a key..) The owners were kind and helpful, even upgrading us to a Plug-in pitch at the last moment, when they said they'd had none available. With a bit of shuffling they sorted us out. Seagulls were a pest It's quite close to a slightly busy road, but what that means in reality is not much noise, but good access to everywhere, a price worth paying. All-in-all pretty good!

Been stopping off at Nant Mill on our trips round Wales for about 6 years ( pre pandemic ), really nice site, well kept ,clean, excellent facilities and convenient for town and beaches. Absolutely gutted to find out that tents are no longer catered for, what's wrong with tents ?, proper camping, under canvas .

Super tidy, super clean well maintained site. Andy is on hand to open and close site entrance and is very welcoming. NB no motorhome service point in case you miss it in the booking details! But water fill is easy from centrally located point. Brilliant site. We look forward to returning soon
