River View Touring Park

What a beautiful short break, the owners are so welcoming and friendly. The site is clean and quiet, the pods where a decent size and next to the river (pod 10 and 11) are put in a perfect place.
The bar up the top of the park has a nice space to sit in the sun and have something nice and cold to drink.
For these prices I didn’t expect it to be so nice.
I’d 100% recommend this place to anyone.
Thanks to the lovely owners for such a nice getaway.

Liked: Lovely pitch by the river. In scorching temperatures this part of the site was cooler and the burbling of the river soothed us to sleep. Close to main roads but traffic noise was not an issue.

Very friendly staff, and a lovely welcome. The toilets were good and modern. Free wifi although did not seem to work on the Monday morning.

Disliked: Toilets, the ladies was frequently out of loo roll and there were signs asking guests to mop the floors which not many did. The floors in the toilets were often wet and dirty. Easily fixed with more frequent toilet checks/cleans.

Just come back from here and I must say this is an excellent little site. Toilets and showers are very clean and in general the whole site is clean and well maintained. There's a lovely river running at the bottom by the caravans and a small shop. Didn't go to the bar but will next time we stay. Will definitely return.

Liked: There was a fairy parth that the lights came on at night kids absolutely loved it.
Clean and tidy place very friendly.
Will definitely book again.

Disliked: The odd dog running around and the odd dog poo my kids tread in but didn't put us off.

Liked: Riverside location and good dog walking.
Good showers, toilets and laundry facilities.

Disliked: No pub or eating facilities within easy wslking distance. Onsite bar only open weekends at the time we stayed.
Would have benefited from having a microwave available for guests to use.

Liked: Good location, just off the end of the M4; 20 minutes drive down to the Gower; National Botanic Gardens and Aberglasny Gardens are both an easy drive away. Hardstanding pitches are level and a decent size. Facilities are clean and surprisingly not too busy, even with only two showers for each of gents and ladies. The river is very picturesque, and tranquil.

Disliked: Only two hooks in the showers and no shelf or stool for sitting and/or drying your feet, and other clothes. The 'pub' was advertised as being open, but it wasn't.

Liked: My whole stay was wonderful. Lovely hosts, a beautiful location, easy to navigate and had all the amenities I needed. Bathrooms were clean, washing up area was clean. I didn’t use the laundry room but thought it was a great thing to have there, and was grateful and surprised to find there was free WiFi! Loved my stay, felt very safe with the card activated security barriers, and will definitely be back.

Liked: My partner and I plus our two dogs have just arrived home, after spending 2 nights at Riverview Touring Park. We cannot fault it, such a lovely, friendly and peaceful site with good sized plots. I would totally recommend this site, it is certainly an adult, child and dog friendly site. One of the highlights for us was coming across a 'hidden gem'... a bar (which is only open for a few hours) therefore not a nuisance it you don't like that sort of thing. This place is like a little community, you can keep yourselves to yourselves or you can embrace the friendliness of the people that stay on the site. A special mention has to go to Sian, Rob and Helen who's hospitality and hard work makes this a site that you will certainly want to return to and we will be.

Disliked: There is absolutely nothing to dislike about Riverview Touring Park
