Pengarreg Caravan Park

Had occasion to take my grandson and his partner for a sunday carvery lunch (having booked it fjrst is highly recomended you do) and we were very impressed excellent 5 stars plus on presentation and quality will call again

Third visit what's not to love, sea front pitch ,best showers on a site I've ever used. Sunsets were stunning ,and woke up to see a couple of dolphins playing. Red kites everywhere, great location for walks and to use as a base. Really is a fantastic site.

Love this site. This was recommended to us by a colleague from work and he certainly didn't let us down. Some pitches are so close to the sea you can live and breath it. The facilities are kept clean which must be a feat in itself with the size of the site. It has a restaurant and bar which is well away from the caravans so no noise. There's a small village close by, llanrhystud which has another pub and a mini market shop. A great site, well priced and once again the views are to die for....especially if you get good weather and are fortunate to witness their sunsets.

Great site on the pebble beach. Good for swimming and fishing. No grey water drain. Showers lovely and clean. Will definitely be back

Very poor show the toilets needed a good clean the cleaners idea of cleaning is run a dirty mop around and that's it I've never seen toilets cleaned so fast a quick mop that's your lot under toilet seats were filthy never got cleaned this site has gone down hill fast it's a shame I'v been going to this site for over 23 years and its gone down hill Ian needs to go to his brother's site in newquay Cornwall to see how a campsite is ment to be cleaned iam sorry to say I won't be returning to penargareg and on my last dat there was no water any were on site it was reported but sign of anyone coming to sort out the toilets were full its was disgusting and the bins are a mile away very poor

Our touring caravan is on the rally field permanently and we love it! The sea view and lush Welsh hills are lovely to see every time I look out the window in the morning, gorgeous sight to wake up to. Kids love the beach, play park and freedom to move around the site with friends they have made here. The Barn pub & restaurant are great for the afternoon or evening entertainment and kids play area is big enough to keep kids engaged for hours! On site facilities are good and staff are friendly and very helpful. Near garage has great shop to stock up on essentials and it's only a short walk away. Nearby villages and city of Aberystwyth are short drive away so there is plenty to do locally.

Wonderful views, our pitch was overlooking the sea. The facilities were clean and tidy. A wonderful bar and restaurant within the boundaries of the site

Hardstanding was a bit narrow for a motorhome but apart from that all was good. Clean toilets etc and the food at the Barn was excellent
