Caravan went in for a Major rebuild, everything from the axle backwards removed and water ingress sorted then rebuilt. The results were very good including the inclusive free delivery. Would definitely recommend

I wish all firms were this good. The admin people are wonderful, really helpful and well organised and they know their stuff. The technical stuff has always been spot on, I've had servicing, bodywork and general repairs done over the years, and all done to a high standard for a fair price in my opinion.

After my motorhome was damaged the manufacturers recommended this company to carry out the repairs and I am so glad they did. Three panels had to be replaced and the work has been carried out to a very high standard. Communication was good and the Covid measures were also very good. I would not hesitate to use C & S again.

Thanks C&S team for another great job on our Buccaneer caravan, it was done promptly and professionally, and at very fair price. Cannot recommend too highly. Well done.

Top quality workmanship, they're all willing to go the extra mile. Helpful and knowledgeable staff both in the office and the workshop, they're happy to explain everything too. I've been taking my motorhome there for over 10 years, and have never had cause to complain about anything. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Tried to use this business, I booked my Motorhome in for repairs after sending them photos for them to decide if they wanted to work on it. Arrived as requested at 8.30am and they suggested going to a local retail Mill until they called me back, they don’t have any customer waiting area. After over 4 hours I get a call from their ‘Engineer’ who advised me that ‘because my wasn’t of Standard construction( it is a Citroen Relay PVC professionally converted not a self build) they couldn’t work on it, as all things are connected and they cannot guarantee their work.
It was obvious he didn’t know what he was looking at and could not be bothered.
I would not recommend them as at least one of their employees appears to be work shy and don’t care about customer service.

Had caravans for 20yrs now and this was the company a friend recommended for storage back then. We have used C&S Caravans ever since for storage and servicing of our caravan and have seen the company grow over the years. High security for storage, no need to move van for services its all on site. Had small repairs done in the past and recently had work done to resolve damp having to remove toilet area fittings and bed area. They have share pics of work carried out and again when finished so more than pleased with the work done. We have always had quick response so we would highly recommend C & S Caravans Services for professional, quality, value and on time service.

We had a problem with the caravan heating last summer it wouldn't work correctly. This company was willing to look at the caravan the following week if I dropped it off at the weekend, to which I did. I was greeted by a young chap who helped me un hitch the van and I gave him details of the fault on the Truma heater W255H. After only a couple of days they quoted me nearly £700 for some new elements in the heater, I refused to pay this, paid a £25 diagnostics fee and went on to collect the van. I'd already paid the fee on arrival I was totally ignored by all the staff and had to hitch up the van myself which is not easy on your own!!!!
I sourced the elements myself for £140 I watched some you tube videos on how to fit them and got an electrician friend to help me £30. It took us around 3 hours to get the heater out onto a bench strip it down get the old elements out very difficult but WD40 helped. Fitted the new ones put all parts back and the heater back in the caravan. Started the heater up on 240v wouldn't work? It would work off gas but this is expensive so turned it off. I put a complaint in to C&S to which they did respond. They stated they followed the fault finding procedure. I contacted Truma myself and Sargent who make the RCD box fitted to most caravans, they stated it could be a fault on the 240v rcd or a loose connection? After testing all connections leading to the rcd box I found no power coming from the Sargent box to the Truma heater. I called back the electrician and he stripped the Sargent box down to find the fault was a 6 pin connecter which had worked loose as these are fitted upside down. After pushing the connecter back in the heater fired up straight away with no faults showing on the display screen as before! It's still working. C&S offered to send all emails to Truma for a diagnosis/opinion, I agreed, guess what yes they supported C&S, of course they would they deal with them all the time, they responded to C&S within hours.
So if I gave the caravan to them for the repair they would have fit the elements for £700 but the heater would not have worked? They then would have charged me extra to find the electrical fault!
So in my opinion be very wary of this caravan repair company and get a second opinion as I did!
They serviced my caravan back in 2020, when we took the van away on a weekend away we found the solar panel on top of the van was not working even though it was working the last time we used the Caravan. I rang C&S to question this and they stated it was not part of the service. After getting it tested by Sargent it was broken? They stated they'd never known one go before! Again was the solar panel swapped for another one? I can't prove this as they don't video the service. I now use another caravan service business for servicing the caravan on a yearly basis!
