We had our caravan broken into two days before we were due to go away in it on our main holiday. The thieves had taken out two windows and a door. Pulse were amazing and pulled out all the stops to get new windows and a door fitted in two days, they had to ring around and get one window couriered from up north. Without them our holiday would have not been possible. First class staff and service.

Can't recommend these guys enough. They go way out of their way to make sure your caravan is fixed. Even made a very good temporary fix so that I could get my huge family holiday until the parts arrived from Germany. Just amazing.

Took my 2004 Autosleeper lancashire motorhome here a couple of years ago for repair to the gas water heater and then again in May 2022
for a habitation check and some exterior body repairs. Pulse recovery are
a small family firm and go the extra mile to help customers. Today March
26th 2022 I had a touring caravan booked in for service and discovered my current car's towing socket wasn't compatible with the caravan plugs.
Dean at Pulse lent me an adapter and offered very helpful advice about obtaining one on Ebay for a reasonable cost. Apart from the above the standard of bodywork achieved by Andy their technician on my motorhome was absolutely brilliant, he previously worked at the Morgan car works at Malvern Link for several years and you have to be good to hold down a top job like that.

The caravan servicing was complicated as the locking wheel nut key was lost. Dean managed to remove the locking studs by drilling them out with tungsten carbide bits. He also advised one tyre was structurally damaged and unsafe, both tyres have now been replaced and a ruined family holiday averted. Now just awaiting repairs to a crack close to the gas locker and a disabled grab handle to be attached. Will post photos when done.

Above all said, when Dean learnt of my wifes mobility problems, he offered a caravan step with an attached hand rail, totally free of charge. Many thanks for that!
Great company run by very nice people! No hesitation at all recommending.
