It's OK. Too many vans and not much room to manouevre.The ground looks like it could be boggy in the winter and you might get stuck. We moved away as poor communications with site managers, we had an item stolen from our van and the cafe that has opened up right in front has put up a sign making it very difficult to see traffic - dangerous ! Also, entrance is tight without cafe stuff being left in the way. I can't recommend it.

Do not bother storing your pride and joy here if you expect any help from the owners in the case of damage being caused while stored in there. Yes the site is secure with padlocks, but it is also advertised as a CCTV covered site, which to our detriment it absolutely isn't. Caravan was driven into by another tenant and the yard owners said our van wasn't covered by the CCTV and they didn't want to go through the footage (within a 3 week window) to see if they could even see anything or anyone. Needless to say, we have moved to a Gold award storage yard that is cheaper and CCTV does cover our caravan.
