Most rude and unprofessional service have ever experienced. Used this facility for five year's but the new owner/manager needs to access some training in customer service ASAP and a course in appropriate behaviour too. Now moved both motorhomes off to a new, better and cheaper facility where the owner is a pleasure to deal with.
