Small family run company, with exceptionally priced quality products. I remember stopping of at the outlet on my way to see a family member in the north so decided to order online. Beats amazon, ebay and all those bigger online shopping places. I made a small purchase but will definately be spending more money next time. Cannot understand any of these bad reviews whatsoever. Thank you very much.

Ordered my first pair back in November of 2021 and there was a slight rip in the leg after a couple months of use and with no hassle they sent another pair! Arrived in Canada within a week !!! 10/10 service by the staff

Not really sure why the rating is so bad for this company. I’ve dealt with them 3 times now and have had nothing but a positive experience. This latest time I ordered a pair of trousers on Monday night and received them today (Wednesday). Well pleased with the trousers typical snickers quality. Thanks guys

I had to cancel an order no fault of snickers direct. The Lady who picked up the phone was very helpful and polite. She helped me pick the correct item that was correct for the job at hand. Definitely using again. Great store and service 👏🏻

Our order in late last year took an age to be delivered but have in mind we are all struggling with supply chain issues. They are the best value supplier I have found for the work trousers my other half likes. Out most recent delivery was within a few days of ordering. Always exactly what was ordered, well packaged and this time fast shipping. Sometimes a little understanding of the issues all trades are facing would be good.

Such poor quality for what they charge, My trousers lasted three weeks and started collapsing after three weeks And when I contacted the company they told me to send them back washed and ironed and they will have a look at them even after me sending them photos , terrible company

Ordered pants and gloves. They shipped it and never notified me it shipped nor did I receive a tracking number. When I finally contacted customer service to see when they would ship, they told me they were delivered. They some how go sent to Pennsylvania when I live in Maine. That's quite a few states away. Customer service told me it could be up to 14 business days before they even determine what they're going to do.

So quick summary ordered, never got told they were sent, contact CS, they were delivered to the totally wrong state, they said they'd investigate it in about three weeks. Cool, so I basically just lost $130USD. Scam.

Why they let put the item in the basket, and pay, if they're no stock!?
Just simply state an item is out of stock, so customers knows.

Waited 4 weeks, paid 11.50e for delivery to Ireland (parcel weight 2kg) and 21e for customs.
They makes you pay for your order that hasn't got stock.
