Safpro

As a company we regularly order personalised work wear through them and we consistently receive polo shirts that are incorrectly sized. They are generally too large and don't meet UK size guidelines. We always order a size smaller than what we require. We recently had an instance where a medium was bigger than a large! They take several weeks to delivery too. Quality control doesn't seem to be of interest to the company. It's shame because they do have a good range of products.

I would like to take the time to respond to the review left by Devan Panchal. I have been working at Safpro now for about two years and was disheartened to read his review so thought we should look into it, now im not trying to make excuses but we have tried to find any sort of record of this person or any companies he claims to be a part of and have failed.. Now im not stating that we never make mistakes as that wouldn't be the truth but on the rare occasion that a mistake is made we will end-ever to rectify it as soon as physically possible. We pride ourself on our service not only to the bigger corporations but to the small business man too. each and every one of our many customers receive the fist class service they expect and deserve. So here is the cheeky plug ..... If your thinking of re branding your corporate image, looking to fulfil your PPE requirements or just need a new pair of work boots we are more than happy to help. Very professional no nonsense company who provide excellent quality Safety products. I have never had a complaint from any of our building sites.
