I would not recommend using this company, but if you do, please ensure you immediately follow up any late delivery as their customer service will not be motivated to assist you if you do not contact them promptly.
In my case, an order of reasonable value was apparently dispatched (as a notification was received from both them and their courier company DPD) but a further email was received literally 15 minutes later advising the parcel was delayed (also DPD).
When I recently followed this up, admittedly around a month after the delay notification; prompted by the item's non delivery; I was told that they would not investigate nor provide me with a proof of delivery because my follow up was outside the time specified in their terms & conditions. Whilst I understand that they have their procedures, and my contact to them was outside of their timings; I would expect quite a bit more help; as both they and their courier partner could, if they wished to, investigate the non-delivery and at the very least provide me with a proof of delivery.

Ordered some bits for my business. Arrived faster than expected. Needed a copy invoice and their system is surprisingly simple to use. A good company overall.

What can I say. I ordered a pair of boots as I needed new footwear, I decided to go with this company due to the reviews, plus the purchase seemed to be advertised as just what I needed. I needed to wear the footwear for work 5/7. Second day I wore them it rained and the boots leaked that badly that my socks were soaking wet. I raised this issue with the business and they seemed to think that this was not an issue. So they made free money. Maybe if I had ordered a pair of flip flops from them this would have been the appropriate footwear as they would keep my feet dry and warm. Whoops silly me !
Seen as they are called the safety company I would watch out if you buy a hard hat 🧢

Ordered security armbands, first aid vests etc on behalf of the local rugby club. I asked them if it was possible to get the delivery early and they were able to do this. Very good and efficient service both online and in delivery. Thank you.

Unfortunately I received the item damaged in transit. I emailed and straight away they sent a replacement and I received it the very next day.
Highly recommended and I would shop again.

Ordered 2 x size 12 tunic scrub tops, would fit a size 16 easily. Was going to send them back but would cost another £10 to do so. Decided to keep them, so washed and ironed both. One has a stitching fault on the sleeve, so now got to repair myself. First time I’ve used this company but will definitely be the last. Not happy.
