Couldn't have been happier with the service. The team are great. Very polite, great communication and simple process. Was given a decent quote over the phone and i received the money in my account within minutes. They picked up same day, the guy that came was friendly. There was absolutely no fuss. I just handed over the keys and signed a form, that was it. Would recommend to anyone.

The service was quick and easy - they would have picked up my car within hours of my call if I'd been available, but I booked it for the next day - other companies I'd contacted couldn't collect my car for over a week. The driver called in advance to let me know when to expect him and everything was taken care of really efficiently. I would recommend this service to anyone who needs a car taken away.

Excellent service can't fault them at all. Fast response after I filled out the online quote, phoned next day to arrange and they even offered to pick the car up within the hour but was at work till 5pm. They paid into the account not long after I got off the phone. The driver mimm was excellent, very pleasant
and extremely helpful with the hole process of the paperwork and car. He arrived early and waited for me to finish work at 5:30pm he still had to drop the car off at the yard in London then head back to grays after. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone needing to scrap there cars. 5 star service.

Very good service - they were open to negotiation about the price, which was quickly agreed. The collector arrived when promised (by which time the money was already in my account) and the car was removed quickly and without fuss. Only niggle - it was not always easy to get through to someone on the phone.

Quick and easy, smooth collection with updates along the way. Also turns out someone had stolen the catalytic converter from my car, but Scrap Car Kings still took it away (with a fair lower price). Thank you!
