Subway

Yummy sandwiches here and it is so new and clean. Not to forget the staff are very friendly and nice in here. My favourite sandwich is the Itilian BMT with cheese + tomatoes + cucumber + onions. I found a picture as attached below. Other than that it's just really nice subway as subways go

Good portions, tasty sandwiches, considerate and knowledgeable team working in there. What more do you need‽ Enjoyed it hugely!

Not a bit like the pictures on wall. Had Steak, cheese, 6 inch, Tea, sat in..
Roll was just toasted warm, meat cold, roll flat as pancake.
Tea lovely hot.
Tables dirty, none wiped over, floor dirty. NO cleanliness at all. Deffo never go again. Waste money.

One employee serving at peak time on a Saturday, they had ran out of so many fillings. No sauce, no lettuce. Another employee hiding in the back whilst the 3rd is on break. Bread was over cooked, burned on the edges, the employee waited so long to finish the sandwich it was falling apart when she closed it up and put the salad in, the meat was cold and horrible.
Tables were dirty, customers were left waiting for the other employee to finish the orders and take payment.

Very disappointing experience for a subway, staff could do with a lot more training at this store!

My wife ordered an Italian bmt for me.
Lady behind the counter had to look up all menus whilst there as didn’t know what she was doing
Anyway, what I received was a plain white 6” with dried bacon and that was it.
Oh and charged £3 for this
Will not be returning

Not accepting the subway vouchers which are valid until October. Why? Quickly falling out of love with subway, particularly this store....

Asked for a beef sub, and the lady serving told me I could have lettuce has the sandwich wouldn't close, I got served a stake sub with her choice of salad, what the he'll I didn't mine has I was hungry but what happen to customer service.

Poor service. Staff are unhelpful and the manager doesn't care! We ended up leaving without purchasing, to go somewhere else for food.. There many good Subway branches within a mile or so - best to use one of those. If I could have given zero stars I would have!
