Subway

Poor service, rude staff, food thrown together. You pay £5 plus for a meal which could be spent on a far better sandwich from Tesco. Staff service always poor from this branch. Would recommend going to other branches around the Chorley area. At least you get a subway and no a dogs dinner.

never had customer service as tragic before. no smile or even a hello.. and blatently ignored when asked for something on the menu they sighed and just spoke amungst them seleves.. both girls was abismol it was like they was trying to out do eachother with who could be the most miserable. the blond girl especially was tragic at making sandwiches a 2 year old could present food better.. all sandwiches thrown together with no care in the world. they should both have a lesson in acting lol just pretending to be interested in a customer shouldnt be too hard.. it was probably the worst experiance of customer service i have ever had to deal with. will not be returning

This is by far the best subway in Lancashire. I have visited loads of them. The breakfast subs here are fresh, tasty and get served with brilliant staff. The guys here are very helpful and do a 10 out of 10 job. big thank you to Anthony and Karl for the service.

Not the best, very tight with the amount of salad added to your sub. Bread not always as fresh as it could be either

Usually a frequent visitor at subway, however went to the Buckshaw one and was greeted by the rudest member of staff. I asked for grated cheese instead of the normal slices and without a word of a lie, she put on maybe 5 pieces of grated cheese. I kindly asked her if she could put a little bit more on, to be told I would have to pay for the extra cheese.
Next comes the salad, the amount of cross contamination was unbelievable, the cucumber tub could have been a mistaken for a mixed salad. God help anyone with allergies!

The girl on the till however was lovely and helpful.

Fantastic and fast service although i made my order online to collect, paid for extra cheese but didn't receive any extra cheese! Please retrain you're staff with all the money that is stolen through this common issue

I rang a few times yesterday to the Subway at Burnley as I needed a platter for a meeting today. I rang 4 times with no answer. I live in Euxton and called this morning first thing to the buckshaw village Subway to see if they could help. Nicola was so so helpful and saved my day. She made me up the sandwiches I needed with no fuss and was so so helpful. I am really glad to have this shop round the corner with such a helpful lady. Thanks Nicola again for your help today
